* Due to the limited number of seats on each trip, it is necessary to acquire a $20.00 Non-Refundable deposit for each Parasailor.
*Weather related cancellations are determined by the management and are 100% refundable. If you think the weather is questionable, please call us at (609) 263-5555. We will let you know if your trip has been canceled.
* OBSERVERS are only taken if reservations for that trip are not filled at the time of flight. They are taken on a first come, first serve basis for a $60.00 per person fee, no matter what the age of the Parasailor. We understand you might like to watch your family fly, UNFORTUNATELY, we have a limited # of seats and parasailers come first. If you are unable to go with your kids, our Captain and Crew will take good care of them, we have been doing this for 20 years! We are happy to suggest a beach location where you can watch from.
* Parasailors under the age of 18 MUST have parent or guardian sign for them before boarding the boat. (ID REQUIRED)
* If you are PREGNANT, have a HEART CONDITION, or BACK PAIN we are unable to accommodate you on our boat as per Insurance Requirements.
* Boat departs every 1.5 hour starting at 8 AM.
